What do you think about the future of STEEM and the Steemit community?
Everyone is happy to see that steem rises on the crypto exchanges, it can also bring new investors to the Steem Blockchain which could one day potentially rocket steem up to the Moon!
Now that the price is higher, many people are probably tempted to power down, are you one of them or do you only sell liquid steem/SBD?

I think we will stay between $0.3 - $0.4 this year and slowly go up in the coming years. Having said that, I still don't see it hitting $1 again because of the same reasons @o1eh mentioned unless we manage to hype the coin.
Yes, time will tell if it goes to $1, I think we will see it during 2024

The current rise in the price of STEEM has come as a surprise to me. Previously, when the price of Bitcoin rose, STEEM reluctantly rose in price. Now there is a pronounced bullish trend. Sooner or later it will end in a precipitous collapse, but for some time after the Bitcoin halving, the price of STEEM will still rise.
However, I do not believe that the price of STEEM will rise above 80 cents. I do not see the prerequisites for this. Why should new investors come? Recently, we have not had anything sensational or promising. The only thing that we really develop well is the interaction of authors. But this is still not enough for investors to see the future in this.
Investors need to be told the merits of SP when they upvote other authors in steem. If we ignore BTC, there is a high return on steem when SP is used to vote even if a Curator is not paid in SBD
I don't need the money, so I wouldn't power down. But I think there is some resistance between $.40 and $.50. STEEM is parabolic also, so I wouldn't buy up here if I was doing a short-term trade. Long-term, over the next 5 years, buying here would be fine. Based on other bull markets, STEEM could easily go to $1 this cycle. But crypto likes to do two things, go up really fast, and go down even faster, haha, so we should all be careful :)

Greetings friend @xpilar, it is a time that calls us to strategic reflection, the ideal for me is to take advantage of turning on a good part of the rewards to boost my wallet, and liquidate the rest. I don't see power down as convenient, unless there is an important project in the pipeline.
The market has shown that large investors are only passing through the projects, there is no longer loyalty or exclusivity in any of them, which is why they tend to skyrocket and fall quickly.
I see Steem very well.
Investors outside of steeem need to be told how to unite their steem with holding SP and being a Curator with upvoting authors. That's a good return
With the Current Upward Momentum, I Suggest that the #STEEM price will be swinging between $1.2 and $1.5 / this will start Decreasing back starting. 2025
I would like that, but hope that 2025 will bring steem to new heights
2025 will be a bearish year, any highs STEEM can gain has to be by this December , or we wait for few more years.
