Its just tripple seven. If i am in india i will use a skipping rope for 7 minutes instead of going to a chlorinated pools.

I want a skipping rope myself. Inspired by a recent #naturalmedicine post, I have been thinking of ordering a big pilates ball too. Just wish it was easier to get things delivered here in Portugal :>)

P.S. I really dislike chlorine swimming pools. Traumas from the post. It doesn't help to be born with lung issues, am working on healing by changing that believe :>)

@bewithbreath thank you for your constant support. 😊 after the akashic records and the buddha in the artist i still have to continue my story about two more encounters. For some reason i am still here and would like to share the medical miracle of self healing and how it has little to do with superstition or esoteric ideas. What our species is now discovering in the quantum realm is truly transcendental. My rotary muscles are still affected but I feel like SGM has been most healing. Sending you the power of happiness and gratitude teacher 🙏🏾amitabha

Pleasure is mine my friend. I prefer term “guide” instead of “teacher” - teacher is overwhelming and sometimes intimidating 😃😃😃. Guide seems more like a friendly respectful companion 😊

Guides are awesome, sensei! Can't help calling you sensei. I just love that word, makes me think of Splinter in The Turtles.

P.S. Back in my years as a teacher ( I have taught groups of all ages, merely about film and filmmaking ), I always felt I wasn't a teacher but I love and still love to inspire and guide people, preferably small groups or one on one :>)

😃😃😃You are sensei 🤔 me 🤗guide 😜

whatever you say, sensei ;>)

That makes you both my sensei’s 😂 . ‘I am grateful for this experience. I am sending the gratitude of the universe to both of you that is like a mirror when you look inside’ one love my amazing meditators! @bewithbreath you are an amazing pilot!
