Ha! My legs are still shaking after walking miles this morning.
I was determined to find the right angles for my sunrise shots and the beach sand is soft making walking difficult.
So good that you are looking after your body Vibi!

hahaha, not every day Vibi, but when I get the occasion it is certainly a great experience.
Struggling with my legs a bit, but trying to get a better opinion on the blocked arteries!

I am sure the arteries would be fine :)
60% blockage in the left Carotid artery my dear friend.
They are now monitoring it and if it goes to 70% I will have to go for another one of those dreadful operations.
I am still in the 3 year recovery period of the last operation on the right Carotid artery.
But we fight on.

Hmmm this is sad but you will be fine I am sure. Our body is just a machine, its ok if it loses its function and needs some care. We fight on :) and we win :)
