My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2019

A walk in the rain.

Posting after a week today. As per Google stats the activity remained above 10K steps each day. And 11K steps were not at all bad for a Sunday. I started the day by walking my dogs and ended by walking them again. In between I went to lab, did genomic DNA extraction and some stereo microscopy today. Looks like I found the cells that support cancer stem cells, so who hoo for that. But more on that in my paper, when I publish. Also spent sometime writing my new journal club post that I will publish in a day or two. Probably after HF21.

As far as diet is concerned, I had a hell lot of fish today. Fish eggs, fish gravy fish fry. At night I had stuffed chapati with raddish. The weight didn't move down this week and is still stuck at 68.2. But I am hardly getting time got treadmill these days. Hope next week is better in this regard.
