My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2019
A deep walk on the campus.
Started the day as usual. Went for walk with dogs. Then walked to lab. Though I didn't do fun stuff today, just a some coding on Matlab. Then finally walked home. Spent some time watching some Netflix and then what else - just night walk with dogs again.
As per weight, woo hop. I finally hit 68 Kg.
I am still not able to focus much on the diet yet. I am missing many meals and eating them at odd time. But will try to get it straight this week. 3 more Kgs to go now.
