WHAT THE LAWS OF AGES SAY ABOUT YOUR HEALTH CONDITION

"At creation we did not put anything inside of your bodies that should make you
sick. Instead, we installed in your bodies systems, specific components and
individual operatives that will help you to fight off any invasion that will disrupt the efficient and effective functions of your bodies. However, you of your own volition have weakened and continue to weaken the defense networks we provided. You weaken the defense systems of your bodies through what you think, say and do. The fault is all yours."

If the above quote was credited to the Almighty God Himself, it certainly has since

been proven beyond doubt by several results of researches, accidental happenings

and chance observations. No wonder the Holy Book says in Psalm: 19v14. ''Let the

words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O

LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.''

Many people are now victims of various unacceptable habits and indulgences

which has turned them into slaves of one ailment or another.
Why not, you may ask. The Almighty God created everything for His own pleasure.
Revelation: 4v11. ''Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power:
for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.''
When these things are used against their proper directions they react adversely.
For, it is when in your dealings you aspire to please the maker Himself that your own desires may be met without sorrow. Psalm: 37v4. Delight thyself also in the
LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

AGES, will guide and encourage members to discover and stick to the right
practices that will facilitate and enhance aging gracefully.

Outrageous eating habits is responsible for more than 670,000 deaths each year in

the U.S. alone due to nutrition- and obesity-related diseases, such as heart disease,

cancer, and type 2 diabetes.

In the last 30 years, obesity rate is reported have doubled in adults, tripled in

children, and quadrupled in adolescent. Obesity is caused by saturated fat

combined with reduced physical activity, nutrient-poor and energy-dense foods

with high levels of sugar.

Eating too much of the wrong foods, eating at wrong times, failure to select the

right foods etc. are established causes of nutrition related issues. The list of

diseases caused by bad eating habits is endless.

''AGES'' is an acronym for ''AGING GRACEFULLY EXPERIENCES SOLUTIONS''. Aging gracefully is a life style issue. Whoever wants to grow older gracefully must of necessity observe a set of rules which various studies have shown to be of great importance to the whole process of growing older with less or no stress, pains traumas,etc.
. At AGES while we shall be a bit heavy on exercises, we consider it necessary to bring these important components to your attention so that our joint effort to give you smooth transition through the process of growing older will not be wasted or hampered in any way.

PERSONAL HYGIENE
Whoever is contemplating graceful aging must pay particular attention to personal hygiene. From oral hygiene though at least daily change of underwears to working and sleeping environment.

EATING HABITS
Whether you eat everything, a vegetarian or vegan, what you eat, how much you eat and how often you eat is important. You must be knowledgeable about a good eating habit.

  1. EXERCISES


AGES procedures keep your joints flexible and smooth in motion, keep away cramps, inflammation etc. and reflexes as good as your age and antecedent can possibly allow. Our exercises in AGES are selected from several disciplines of physical body management practices from across the world. These simple and stress free exercises are then divided into three groups as per their functions. The functions are, body examination, warm up and instructions to groups of muscles and Parts of the body. Each complete routine can be done with within ten to fifteen minutes.

  • REST:
    For anybody who wants to age gracefully, rest including sleep must be held up high. These two form the dressing room from which an able and willing physical body will emerge each morning for the rigours of each new day.

    Our members are encouraged to manage personal emotional issues carefully and to allow only professionals to do their related duties as regard personal issues. This we believe will save good time that can better be used to make money or serve other useful purposes.
