We use to joke that a nurse is universal practitioner that, no nurse no medicine.

They do a hard work and I understand they have a reason to claim. But they don't have any reason to claim same Privileges as doctors.

In many health care systems both doctors and nurses claim that they don't get enough salary or other Privileges.

So the solution is giving a nurses the privilege they deserve and doctors what they deserve not making them equal!

Doctors are the brain of healthy care system.
