SLC31-W4 | THE GREEN JOURNEY | Earthing and the Elements.

Today I am going to share with you some of my activities in the natural environment where I am one with the whole environment and nature and spend some moments there and as such I am presenting some of my videos among us, I hope you like it. Basically, through this competition, everyone can spend some time with nature, which is very important for a human body and human life.

I will present to you some moments when I was in the touch of greenery in my yard. Sometimes there is some greenery in the yard of my house, such as small cultivation and some fruit trees, this green of nature, in other words, gives relief. I have many trees here and each tree is different, some trees are fruits, some are vegetables, everything is here.

As you can see, I am picking chili peppers from this tree. This tree has been planted and has yielded a large harvest. As the tree has been cared for, it has yielded quite a good harvest. I have been able to collect chili peppers from this tree. Although I have picked many chili peppers from here before, today I am just showing you one chili pepper.

Then I spent some time barefoot and the toxins in my body are largely eliminated through barefoot. This is actually a much more effective way. If we walk on the ground for a while, it is very beneficial for the body and not many people know that. I hope that through this competition, many people will be able to learn about this and be able to live with this nature even if it is a little activity.

We also have lemon trees in the courtyard of this homestead. These are fragrant lemons and they produce a lot of fruit for twelve months, and these are grafted seedlings, due to which the mother's qualities are maintained. And that is why there has been a good harvest this year. Usually, grafted seedlings maintain the soil quality, which is a great advantage because such seedlings bear fruit very easily. However, one thing to keep in mind in the case of lemons is that lemon trees cannot be watered in November and December, then if water is given, the yield will be less.

There are fruits, vegetables and everything here, which is why I am taking a leaf of puishak from here. The data that was left after buying the puishaks from the market has been filled here and from there it is being transformed again into a police station. This is actually a much better thing and there are a lot of vitamins in Boishakh. Anyway, I took a chili and a puishak leaf to survive so that it can be added to khichdi.

Now you can see some more scenes of nature where there is a Sajane Pata tree and it is basically a hundred percent medicinal tree. The skin of this tree, the leaves of this tree, the fruit of this tree, everything has medicinal properties and is very tasty. Here is a Sajane Pata tree which has actually grown very big and Sajane Pata leaves are sometimes eaten from here.

Finally, I spent some time there and did some photography and videography. Since I always go there in the courtyard of the house, I have to go back and forth all the time because I have to take something from there. Today, I went to this competition and did some photography and videography, I am presenting them to you, I hope you like it, thank you very much to everyone.
