She moves forward without looking back,
not because she is fearless
but because stopping would cost more.

The child holds on
without asking what comes next.
Trust is not spoken here—
it is practiced.

Her mouth is open mid-breath, mid-word,
as if calling strength into existence
while already spending it.

This is not escape.
This is motion under pressure.
This is love doing the hard work
of staying upright.
