I have dry pastels, but they are far from being a favourite medium of mine. I don't really like the texture, but I am going to try this year to use them a little more.
Oil pastels I like more because of the bold colours, and the techniques you can use with them. This was quite a small piece -A5, and I prefer usually to work much bigger than that with oil pastels.
