Last Night, We Missed Birth Class Week 4 😕

Yesterday, Ingrid was feeling terrible.

She was couch-bound and vomiting all day and night.

She got no sleep the night before because she was up vomiting.

So yesterday was a really rough day for the both of us.

She spent the whole day vomiting and I spent the whole day trying to get her to stop vomiting.

Hopefully she’ll be feeling 100% again soon!

We will learn the things we missed from our birthing class, we have a book with the daily lessons we can read.
