Waves is another revolutionary asset exchange that allows users to create custom tokens by creating a wallet and riding on the Waves blockchain @beordo
Basically, you can create your own "crowdsource" project, hold an ICO and have the community fund your idea... But honestly, you can do this with Bitshares too and that would be my first route..
