What are Waves and what can I do with them @christoryan? Can you point me to some kind of summary? :)
Waves is another revolutionary asset exchange that allows users to create custom tokens by creating a wallet and riding on the Waves blockchain @beordo
Basically, you can create your own "crowdsource" project, hold an ICO and have the community fund your idea... But honestly, you can do this with Bitshares too and that would be my first route..

Is it wave coin listed to Bittrex. It is still showing zero balance. Dear Please check this link

In the above link it is showing transaction detail but in my wave wallet it is showing 0 balance.
