Rasuwa’s recovered line rose hard from Thursday’s 199. That is mud giving bodies back, not a new flood.

What is no longer moving every morning
The Manaslu Base Camp fast that began 18 September is still the open climate file — Dawa Norbu Lama and about a dozen Samagaun youths at 4,900 metres, through 4 October, asking for lake surveys and sirens. No Sunday bulletin said it had ended.
WWA’s paper still stands: human warming preconditioned Langtang Lirung. Shah is still due at the UN on 24 September. Rebuild is still $4.76–5 billion. The Loss and Damage ask is still about $20 million.
The story has left the rescue clock and entered identification, land, and diplomacy. That is slower work. It does not need a new essay every sunrise.
A note from this series
