"Hummingbird Bakery" Make Some of the Best Cakes Ever!
Every time I go to Notting Hill Gate, one shop that I won’t miss out on is the Hummingbird Bakery on Portobello Road. Both @ezzy and I are obsessed with their range of delicious cupcakes which are all freshly baked to order using only the best quality ingredients and no preservatives.
The branch on Portobello Road is quite small but in a charming spot with cute exterior decor in bright pink. The selection of their cupcakes are amazing and creative, including their new "Rainbow" cupcakes.
The Salted Caramel cupcake is one of the best I've ever tasted, with a hidden caramel centre and creamy frosting on top. So delicious that it makes you treasure every crumb, lol!
And of course, their signature Red Velvet Cake! I actually had my first red velvet cupcake in hummingbird and have been in love with it ever since, having never found a better one. Considering the size of the red velvet cupcake, I opted a for large slice of the Red Velvet Cake instead, haha! That deep red sponge with white cream cheese icing on top, such great texture and flavours, absolutely divine!
Next time you are in London, I would highly recommend you try out some of these yummy cupcakes at the Hummingbird Bakery!

Red velvet cake is also very popular in Midwest USA.
Red velvet cake is one of my favorites. Sometimes it's hard to find, So when I find it I usually get a slice.
