carbohydrates: are the most important source of energy. They contain the elements of carbon,hydrogenand oxygen. The very fast name of the cargo means that they contain carbon.The second part of the name hydr means that they contain hydrogen. The third part of the name ate means that they contain oxygen atom 2:1 just like water,i:e,h2o . carbihydrates are actualley the organic compound that are important for different digestive operation in our body .there are lots of differences between carohydrates and other elements important for nutants such as proteints amd fats. Generally,it seen that a diet rich in carbohydrates needs less amount of water in comparision to diet rich in proteints and fats.
There are two main types of carbohydrates,ie:simple carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates. Glucose, sucrose,maltose and lactose are called simple carbohydrates.

Here is an interesting question for you @khirud. You told that there is two type of carbohydrates. One is simple and the another is complex.
Now tell me which one harms the body most? Does they both harm the body equally? Nowadays, carbohydrates are just another reason behind the fatty people.
