The habit of writing

Writing down our goals increases our chances of sticking to them. Write down how you know you have reached your goal and when you want to achieve it. Ask yourself: What will it look like and how will you feel when you do it? How does it connect, who or what do you value in your life? Describe your goal in terms of specific terms and duration. I want to do this in May. Write down in detail how you want to do this. Write down your goals in terms of what you want, not what you don't want. For example: I don't want to be fat anymore, write it down, write I want to reduce my health. That is, expand the positive thinking. In this way your information will ignite your mental energy. Will reach the stream of much more extensive knowledge. This whole process you put to use your subconscious mind. You have no more work here. Another Intellectual Department will be working to take the whole process forward.
