Well... If you ask me this is also part of my lack of interest in life besides of the fact it is not really interesting if I cooked, did some groceries, watered plants, lost the charger of my phone three days ago and my kid spoiled the cake in the microwave yesterday... My memory is already way too full, it would be good to delete a part and just enjoy being without being pushed knowing and remembering everything.

True, a lot of information isn't necessary. In fact, according to what I read, memory isn't static; each time a memory is accessed, it's different.
That explains why my mother has very different memories from mine about the same events.
Sometimes I wish I had everything recorded on video, because that way I won't be accused of making things up, or they won't change the story haha.
