RE: My current conditions and my plans to improve myself
Hi! Nice to see you here too. Your English doesn't seem that bad. As for weight gain I had a brother with the same issue,, in his case he has a really fast metabolism. To make a long story short, he no longer had that problem he took all my work- out journals! Now he works out to avoid getting fat. 😄 Look I started working- out when I was 15 years old and skinny myself, my reason? I had started getting very sick and was tired of the many doctor tests. I said enough! And started doing home exercises, I was a kid and zero budget. If I did it so can you. First, you need to learn about clean protein, such as nuts, beans, clean meats (if you're not a vegetarian), and as for exercises you will need to slowly gain strength. I predominantly have always worked-out from home. For now look around your home, can of beans work as weights as you grow your strength fill milk gallons with sand use these and large rice bags. Use your imagination to imitate basic FREE WEIGHT exercises. Always warm-up and warm-down (this helps against injury), street low for the first month or two and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, if you feel a sharp pain STOP lower the weight or stop that exercise. Work-out 3-4 times per week or every other day. Sleeping by 10pm is important, sleeping is as important as doing exercise and eating right. You can do this! By that way, the brother I mentioned was born with eyesight issues too. Hope all this helps you.
Inspiring story! Thank you for mentioning clear protein as well!
I have a lot to learn! I am not a vegetarian.
Currently I am reading and watching videos about weight exercises.
It's a little bit hard to understand, even in my own language, but I am sure I will understand it and do it over time.
I will read more information and watch more videos about weight exercises and I will choose a training (workout) plan/routine.
I will pay attention to warm-up and warm-down to avoid injuries.
I just noticed some grammatical errors in my comment, my apologies, I was multitasking and it was very late. Instead of street, it should have said start* slow. When doing exercises start counting up to 10-15 (these are called repetitions) then take a few seconds of rest then start again another (set) of 10-15, then rest a few seconds and start again another of 10-15. It should be 10-15 repetitions and 3 sets. I tried breaking it down to simple terms. Important thing is to understand, stay encouraged and don't overdo it. Stick to basic free weight exercises. You will understand soon everything. Can't wait to see your progress!
No problem. Although my English is not very good, I guessed that the words were supposed to be "start slow" by the context.
Your instructions are much more easily understandable than the video I watched previously.
So almost everything is clear about the topic.
Thank you for your help again! I really appreciate it!
I will probably start exercising in the next few days.
I will make a routine and I take notes about the exercises.
I also try to improve my English knowledge. I take time to read and write things.
For example I just wrote an article about movies and the audience.
Primarily I need to improve my vocabulary and my writing skills.
