Application Pitch for steemit challenge, season 32: My Taste My Culture; Beyond the plate.
Thank you Steemit Team for the opportunity to present another challenge for this season.
Following the success of the last Season, I am excited to introduce a deeper and more reflective continuation titled: “My Taste, My Culture (Beyond the Plate)”.
In the last season, (My taste my culture; expressing culture through taste) we explored food as identity, tradition, and culture. This Season goes deeper - beyond the plate. It shows food as experience, expression, and evolution.
About Me
I joined the platform in 2021 and have served in different capacities within the ecosystem. My experiences as a moderator in three communities, a community curator and a challenge host have helped me build credibility, consistency, and a strong connection with the Steemit community, and I remain committed to contributing meaningfully.
I was privileged to be among the hosts for season 31 and I put in work to ensure that I followed through the rules set by the steemit team by ensuring that I reviewed all submitted posts within 24 hours. While checking for Ai and plagiarism.
My scoring system was designed to have a good scoring range so that it reflected the real quality of the posts and we had the range of 3.7 -10. I also included elaborately proper scoring tips on how participants can improve on their posts. Most of the participants took note and that led to better quality performances in subsequent weeks and a successful season so far.
I am also very passionate about growth therefore I have powered up all my earnings from season 31 so far with my steem Power growing from 12,049 as of the last challenge pitch to 16,095 steem power Presently (except for 55 steem cash out). And I am committed to growing more and giving my best.
