How are you all, I hope you all are well. Today I am @aviral123 from India. Welcome to all of you for Season 28 of my application for Steemit Learning Challenge.

I am submitting my application. First of all, I thank the Steemit team from my heart because through such competitions, people are getting to learn a lot of new things and we are getting to do the work which we did not have time for or we had forgotten.

So friends, We all love eating yogurt with our meals; it really enhances the flavor. But what if the yogurt had a different, tangy taste and was also healthy? That would be perfect! Because eating yogurt has many benefits.


Draft Schedule/ What to do for each 6 weeks


In the First week,I will share a cucumber raita recipe with all of you. We are all familiar with the many health benefits of cucumbers. We will learn how to make a delicious raita using yogurt and cucumbers.


In the Second week, We will learn how to make a delicious raita using large gram flour boondi, whether plain or salted, along with yogurt.


In the Third week, We will prepare a spicy and healthy raita by adding potatoes to yogurt. We will learn how to make a uniquely flavorful raita by mixing potatoes and spices with yogurt.


In the Fourth week, This week, we'll learn how to make fruit raita. It has a sweet and sour taste and children love it. Everyone in our family enjoys eating it, and adding fruits makes it healthy too.


In the Fifth week, This week we will learn how to make bottle gourd raita. Bottle gourd raita is healthy and very quick to prepare. And the combination of yogurt and bottle gourd makes for a very tasty raita.


In the Sixth weekThis week we'll be making bathua raita. I really love this raita because bathua is only available during the winter season. It does take a little effort to clean the bathua, but the delicious taste makes it all worthwhile.

So, in this way, we will learn to make six types of raita. Made with yogurt, these are so delicious that including them in a meal completely transforms the taste. They are also beneficial because they contain green vegetables and fruits. Therefore, they are very healthy.

If there are any shortcomings in any work, I will also tell them how to remove those shortcomings. I am @aviral123 from India. I am a housewife . I joined the Steemit platform in November 2022. But due to some unavoidable reasons, I started my work 3 months later. then I started my journey in March 2023. Today I have been associated with this platform for 2 .5 year .
