Application for steemit challenge season 31| This Or That, Defend Your Choice.

Hello steemit team!!
I feel so happy making this application of mine for the Season 31 of the Steemit Challenge. In this special season I have decided to introduce debatable topics that cut across various spheres of life.
Hence the theme "This or That; Defend Your Choice.
The goal is not actually to prove a concept right or wrong, my sole aim is to give everyone an avenue to air their opinion, thoughts and feelings as touching some of the ideologies and concepts that run in our society.
In a nutshell, my contribution for this season's challenge is to give participants an opportunity to share what they think and feel about certain things. Let's not be surprised that what seem to be the norms to some might just be abnormal to others.Every Participant would be given the floor to support their take with valid points.

Each week, a debatable topic would be shared here for participants to support or oppose as they deem fit. They are to do this by presenting their valid reason for supporting or opposing a motion. The goal is not actually to win arguments because we all understand and see things from different perspectives.
I only want to see how convincing you are with your argument via your presentation, dept of understanding about the subject matter you're defending with fact/evidence and ultimately your persuasive ability via your presentation.
With this in place we can all learn, relearn and unlearn certain ideologies we have held on to for a very long time. I just want an avenue for idea exchange and sharing of thoughts constructively to the end that we all can be informed and enlightened via the entries.
This week, we would be considering the topic below which centers around Jobs. We now have remote/online job which doesn't require your physical presence at your place of work and on the other hand we have onsite job which requires your physical presence on site. Today people compare and contrast both based on efficiency and productivity. I would love to know what you think about the topic below.

This week, we would be delving into the world of health and medicine by considering the topic below which I believe is still a bone of contention among many even today. Some consider the old local methods of herbs, shrubs and other natural stuff in dealing with health issues better than the modern day approach of tablets, syrups and the likes. I want you to share with me what you think about the topic below.
