Finally a good movie in the cinema - Cocorico
Yesterday, I watched the french movie Cocorico in the cinema. I love going to the cinema, but there aren't lots of events in which I end up laughing a lot together with everyone else in the cinema. As I went to see Cocorico, I didn't have high expectations, but it ended up being one of the funniest movies I have seen in a very long time. Why is that?
It is about two people who are about to get married, and now it is time for their parents to meet. In order to make it extra fun, the couple have made DNA samples for everyone that they will be handed out as they meet. They didn't expect much from these samples, but things get very interesting when the super-french guy comes out as 50% German, and more surprises show up as the tests of the other three parents show up.
What more is there to say? If you are ready for a french movie that is very funny and will make you laugh a lot, then this is awesome! I do believe it is important to watch it subtitled, and not synchronized, because a lot of the jokes are in french, but making fun of other languages such as the german, so I believe those jokes are better and easier to enjoy if you see it in the original language and not translated!

wow a french movie. I'll add this to my list and give it a watch when I have time. I'll have to read the subtitles and maybe look up on what the wordplays and puns actually means but I'll manage. Thanks for the recommendation!
