Boil on low heat:
- one part balsamic vinegar
- one part of maple syrup
until sauce is reduced and becomes thick.
Serves well on fish, shrimps, other seafoods and salads.
(My niece adds a dollop of Dijon mustard, but online, most recipes don't)
