1.0) Localcrypto (priority: 1, highest)
1.1) Goals
Reaching out to local merchants via Google search-near-by style directory and send grassroots consultants to the regions, to recruit crypto accepting merchants on an affiliate basis.
1.2) status
- Directory has been build and is in place, first listings have been made,
- two Press articles have been published to get the message out
1.3) currently
- submitting the directory to all known link collections and crypto databases, to spread the word
- actively adding coins and delisting coins that didn't generate listings after 4 weeks
- actively contacting businesses on twitter and asking them to submit their businesses
- building payment gateway in the background for the point-of-sales solution for merchants

2.0) Federated Blockchains (priority 2)
2.1.) Goals
Getting in the middle of this innovation and build apps and services for Europecoin, create first mover Effect, disrupt coin 3.0 movement
2.2) Status
- codebase 75% preparing for testnet,
- 1-2 weekly contacts with developer team, and meetings,
- collecting cointeams vor alphatest. New, hired public relations stuff.

- Dev Team is preparing for Testnet
- New Public relations stuff is and me are establishing communication channels
- then preparing campaign for launch

3.1) Goals
Buying up Europecoin, reducing coins on the market, provide a investment opportunity for non-crypto users and get them into the market, promote crypto, support a staple Europecoin price
3.2) status
- investor found next meeting in two weeks
- Draft done and discussed with investor
- legal framework outlined and set on agenda in two weeks
- backup investor found as backup for legal framework
- backup investor has an own, conventional crypto investment fond, planning to add Europecoin as well
3.3) currently
- in one week meeting with backup investor to plan adding of Europecoin
- in two weeks meeting with main investor to plan legal framework
- in meantime produce a mock-up for the web and mobile interface
