Day 3 - Chilled day
Finished work early today, so I had to time to have a quick gym workout.Decided to do my cardio in the gym instead of outdoor running, last night training I pick up a small injury on my ankle so today am gonna rest it. So I can be ready for Saturday.Just spent some time watching a few rugby clips, looking at the breakdown and tackling area.
Today I am gonna chill with my girlfriend, when I am around her I tend no to measure my food cause a lot of the time we eat out or she comes for me. But most cases when I spent time with her I under eat, my target calories for the day 3,800 currently, I think am gonna probably have 2500 calories.
Gym workout
One arm dumbbell row - 4 sets/ reps 18 - 24
Standing pulldown - 3 sets / reps 15- 20
Lat pull down - 3 sets / reps 20 - 25
Straight arm pull down 3 sets / reps 15 - 20
Barbell curl 4 sets/ reps 15 - 20
Incline dumbbell Curl 3 sets / reps 15 - 20
ABS 9 sets / reps 25 - 30
