#DAOconcept - DYYSG Calm and concentrate the mind
I found a pretty good video on youtube that shows how to do the exercises for "mind regulation".
We count this exercise sequence as the first outer ring of the DAOconcept. As you can see, this exercise sequence is easy to learn.
The best way to learn the movements is under the guidance of an experienced trainer. He corrects incorrect postures and can give additional tips on how to carry out the exercises.
From practice
In combination with the other exercises for regulation (body, breathing and inner nourishing exercises), especially beginners have a good introduction to the movement philosophy of qigong.
Carrying out these exercises every morning before breakfast in a quiet place has many positive effects on the day.
We are more concentrated, calmer. Our stand is strengthened by the partially low stand (slightly bent knees).
Attention is drawn to different points during the exercise. The palms of the hands (laogong), the lower back area (ming men) or underneath the feet, in the front central to the ball of the foot (yong shuan).
They say,"Where my attention is, that's where the energy flows." For this reason, it is important to direct attention after learning how to move.
Enough of the introductory remarks. Feel free to watch the following video, which has thankfully been posted on youtube.
