Great educators seek answers without fearing uncertainty. Nursing education must normalize not knowing as part of professional growth.

Many educators feel pressure to always have the right answer.
In nursing, this pressure can be overwhelming.

But real practice is full of uncertainty.
Patients change. Situations shift. Textbooks fall short.

A great educator does not pretend to know everything.
Instead, they stay curious.

When educators are not afraid of the unknown,
learners feel permission to ask, to try, and to reflect.
That is how safe learning environments are built.

One Line for Nurses and Nursing Students Today:
Education begins when we stop pretending to know everything.
