Teaching Is Not Meant to Be Done Alone
Daybook December 23
Nurse educators face challenges they cannot solve alone.
Professional fellowship and collegial support provide motivation,
restore meaning, and sustain educators in their daily work.
When teaching challenges arise,
I turn to my fellow nurse educators.
Continuous fellowship with colleagues
reminds me that teaching is not a solitary role.
Together, we find inspiration,
support one another,
and remember why this work matters.
One Line for Nurses and Student Nurse:
Teaching becomes sustainable when it is shared.
