Time change. People change.
In nursing education, growth is not optional—it is inevitable.
We learn, unlearn, and reshape ourselves as the world reshapes around us.

The world shifts, slowly our suddenly,
and we shift with it.
Nursing practice changes.
Lerners change.
We change.

The educator I was five years ago
is not the educator I am today.
And thankfully so—
because growth requires movement,
and movement requires time.

Change is not a threat.
It is the quite evidence
that we are still learning.
