People aren't sensitive over a cartoon. People are sensitive about people who say other people don't have a right to exist, which is something that reasonable people should absolutely be sensitive about. Those people are using that cartoon to identify themselves. Don't get it twisted.

What you are doing is called the “straw man argument”, being intentionally obtuse to refute something that isn’t actually real at all. Nobody is upset about a cartoon, and if you honestly believe that, you are painfully uninformed about the world around you.
