Results from my research about healthy steem community

in #detect29 days ago (edited)

Good evening boss @steemcurator01, concerning my observations. I decided go little bit deeper by carefully observing the past winners of steem engagement challenges on Healthy Steem community, and I believe you gonna love my feedback. This really interesting as more data and facts would be disclosed, first of all I listed out all past winners, users who invited them to steemit and their country. Before I continue I would say that my searches were based on my friend @the-gorilla advice, which is seen below 👇

Categorise these users. Country of origin, who introduced them and when they joined are often good indicators. You could also check the chain of introductions to see if they're friends of friends. Have they won other challenges? Do they only enter contests or is there something that makes the profile more personal?

Identify when this community was first selected for engagement challenges. It's common for the less honest to have accounts originate around the time that they receive some element of responsibility.

This community was selected to host engagement challenges roughly two months ago and this was their first contest for this season Link. I didn't add the date of account creation of all the winners, I just marked the dates for users who's case looked very suspicious .

So I am gonna make my analysis based on each week's selected post, starting from last week selections, just hold on there's something interesting at the end .

Last week they produced 6 selections, but it was amazing to see two of the admins invites @missamabbas and @hudamalik20 was among the selected winners. In their introduction post the both said she's invited them into steemit.

According to one of the mods @dexsyluz, their admin uses make a noise tool to select this winners but it may surprise to know that the account@missamabbas didn't make that list or do I now need glasses ? So please I would love @dexsyluz and the admins to tell me how did she then get in?

Welcome to the 5th week

So during the process of explaining @dexsyluz was using @omarscott as an example, so i started wondering why she singled just that account and I noticed she was the one that invited the user into steemit . Then it came to my mind probably she just wanted to bail herself from the case, early wow that's actually smart .

And it also cool to find out that this account @omarscott is just three months old on steemit and wow and she was the one that even graded him 10/10 and gave him his first engagement challenge win. Also the admin invite @hudamalik20 was selected in a position where attention were not much.

This same moderators did something funny last week, she came online, skip post that were older and due for grading and went straight to an entry in the middle, just to grade the person 10/10 and just disappeared.

The third week where the fun begins.

The third positions @hammad-historian who turns out to have joined steemit less than 4 months ago, but in the this short period of time this user have received booming support in all his post on steem health and 80 % of his post on steem Pakistan where both admin also work. Also He won his last and only contest on steem health.

hammad-historian

In just a small period of time there are so much amount of booming vote, from a large community having the total number 2,098 subscribers and 231 active users, if every active user receives this much booming support then I would say your community is so magical but that's no .

Similar things happened in the 2nd week where hammad-historian Invitor emerged third position from the summary report, the account was just two months then. Hmmm the anointing is to much, probably I ask hammad-historian to invite me to steemit next time. They two of them were third 🥉 position wow

My friend the-gorilla said it whenever such activities want to happen, the account are given second, third or just booming to take away any sort of attraction because the eyes are usually on the first position.

My dear boss this report were gotten from just one season and hopefully when I take more time I would find more to stop such embarrassing activities. Thanks for going through

Hi,

And it also cool to find out that this account @omarscott is just three months old on steemit and wow and she was the one that even graded him 10/10 and gave him his first engagement challenge win 😂.

I didn’t know that give 10/10 to someone that is doing good is a crime

@omarscott was invited by @dexsyluz, that’s correct, she’s running a project called "Connect You" where she introduce new users catching them through platforms like TikTok, so it is the more nearest thing to organic marketing in the platform.

I am a collaborator of this project and I could confirm that @dexsyluz is not related to them in any way more than professional work of guidance.

If it is a crime to support people that is doing good then what is the point of being a curator? I personally have nominated several new authors to weekly tops and I mention that the user is new, and is showing a great talent as blogger.

Another thing. Remember that using emojis and being sarcastic is not a professional behavior, specially if you are trying to create a serious discussion

You are a senior college and I would take advice from by removing my emojis..

No friend 10/10 is not a crime, also grading his post is no crime but skipping others post to do that means favoritism which should no be stopped.

Engagement challenges is not a support program friend it's a game and a challenge. You support by commenting, voting with personal account, voting using booming, steem representative Powers or any other way but no from a contest.

A contest is a game that you must follow rules and fight harder to succeed, it's no given on a as support based or compassion base. The best should win at all time.

This attitude defeats the sole goal of this platform. There are even disadvantages of eating wrongly, so in similar case there are disadvantages in supporting wrongly.

I am very happy that this things are being tabled here. I know what I have suffered in the hands of most communities on steemit. Including my mentees because we all joined steemit from a lower account. No God father to help us, not that I needed one.
Most of my invitees dropped along the way but I am some others are still pushing.

Now whenever an engagement challenge is made you find out that it is those top account that win because they are connected to the founders of the community.

Another thing I noticed is that this community will select admins from another community as winners so they could get same favour. I complained to my country rep @goodybest but she said I should keep my consistency that time will tell.

I was tempted to make a post in steem alliance and tag @steemcurator01 but I decided against it after her advice.

From this report it is very clear that healthy steem community is very biased and partial. There are other communities there also especially those run from by people from my country.

Favouritism has taken over quality.

But know this, I will keep contributing my very best to this platform no matter how undervalued I am.

One day my hardwork will pay off.

I hope the team really looks into this cases.
Maybe I'll drop my own take on some communities someday.
That withstanding I believe @steemladies community run by @patjewell needs to be a model community for other communities to follow. These kind of allegations is far from them.

Thank you.

What wise words!! Just keep on doing what you are doing making sure that you post quality post, vote and comment, and lastly, you power up!

As for Steem For Ladies! Thank you!! This means a lot to us.

In order to understand this whole matter well (many times translators do not give a faithful translation of everything) I would like to read an account of the problem, what you find and your conclusions, because, at first glance, it seems that you are complaining about not winning a contest having made more comments than the rest of the participants.

I want to clarify, my dear friend, that it is not an attack against you, but rather a way to understand your point and the reason for this article, because, I get lost between the lines.

Maybe I'm skipping something that I haven't seen yet or when translating, I lose the meaning of the topic.

Best wishes to you, brother.

I just want steemit to be free from partiality and easy for the weak.

Then make a better approach!

Make a publication with your proposal, not focusing on the bad things you have seen or may have experienced, but with new proposals that avoid the failures of those you are mentioning.

I think it will have much more effect this way, and not make it look like the whole system fails.

I have also felt at times that my efforts have not been valued in some publications. And? Was Colonel Sanders awarded for his fried chicken recipe the first time he made it in 1929?

When I don't feel good in a community, I simply go to another that welcomes me and supports me when my content is good.

It would be great to see some good proposals to improve the things that we consider are not correct, and from there, build relationships that accompany us on our journey on this platform, in this sea that we all know as #steemit.

My appreciation and admiration for you.

I have also felt at times that my efforts have not been valued in some publications. And? Was Colonel Sanders awarded for his fried chicken recipe the first time he made it in 1929?

This is a big problem, this mindset is not good. My reason is if you get too comfortable with a corrupt structure, things won't get better and you would be tempted to become corrupt in other to succeed.

If you started from scratch on this platform without a godfather, you would know those that don't have anyone surfers a lot to get the the littlest support.

The mentality is to create and make proposals that prevent the failures that we are criticizing. I am not saying that we turn a blind eye, but that you make proposals that prevent the things that you are seeing as bad from continuing to happen.

It is not enough to say: he is a thief!, and nothing is done to catch him because there are no laws for that. The idea is to promote good practices that prevent misunderstandings and a fairer situation for everyone.

Now understanding what you are looking for, make the necessary proposals for what you want and let's see a broader and clearer picture, brother.

By the way, it took Colonel Sanders 23 years to plan his business proposal and open his first franchise. I think you can make faster and more accurate proposals. Those are the ones I want to see to apply them in my environment, and echo this.

Upvoted! Thank you for supporting witness @jswit.

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.

@zekanem look at what you were talking about to us your mentees.
