GOOD MORNING!! APPLE CINNAMON CREPES - VIDEO
Apple crepes have always been one of my most favorite desserts. These stuffed crepes are really like an apple pie at its finest. Start your mornings off right with this Apple & Cinnamon Crepe recipe. It's easy, affordable and a nice changeup from your typical breakfasts. You can also serve it as a dessert, especially in the fall when apples are abundant.
Ingredients
Crepes
2 cups or 500 ml of milk
3 Eggs
1 1/3 cups or 280 gr of flour
1-2 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
Butter for greasing finished pancakes
Apple Filling:
1 kg of apples ( any type you like)
5 tbsp of granulated sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
5 tbsp of water
Icing sugar
50 gr of unsalted butter
