In the classic sense, it is of course circulation usually considered rapid. I don't think that definition changes by platform, however, we might argue what is the magic number we pick to measure it by based on the total amount of exposure.
I tend to think that it really doesn't matter. We have this tendency to measure success or failure of things constantly. I would suggest that if I make something, and it has an impact or makes a difference somehow in the life of @harshilpatel for the positive, then it is a success. Everything else is just chalked up to gratitude. The butterfly effect will take care of everything else for me :)
@captainbob, I agree 100 percent, viral is exposure.
I also see that most times when you're creating something you're doing it because you want to create it and it's fun for you. And the impact it has on your follower base
