Six hours! That's all you need or should we now say used to need. I'm a believer in naps, especially after learning sleep promotes healing.
Speaking from being a long-time professional napper...make a plan for a comfortable spot and not the chair unless it's a Lazyboy type. I have other helpful hints if you need some.
Oh well see you are too nice and easy. I think I need to be told to get my lazy a** up and get moving LOL :D
It was not that long ago you were in the hospital. Give yourself a break and rest when needed is my prescription for you.
