The Stupid Elf desperately needed a hat that they would occasionally try to nail to the wall. One might consider this to be a fairly different thing to do, to you, but not to the Elf, who thinks that this idea was awesome. Honestly, a hat was the chosen thing.

The Stupid Elf desperately needed a can of coke that they sometimes sleep with. It was considered to be a fairly bizarre approach to life, to most, but not to the Elf, who felt that it was in fact, epic. Who would have imagined, a can of coke was the item that was opted for.

The Stupid Elf found a stapler that they would sometimes rub on his belly. It should have been an extraordinary activity, to me and my parents, but not to the Elf, who expected that this idea is miraculous. Who would have thought, a stapler was the chosen thing.
