Massive Calories burn during cricket session.
So hello everyone how are you all hope so everyone is well and good so friends as today is Sunday so i went for playing cricket and it was really an great day as i played some beautiful knock.
In total we played 5 cricket matches in 5 we won 4 matches which was a great start for the day and i made around 170 runs in all 5 matches.
In around 2 hours 20 min of play i have burned around 1700 calories which is massive and i really enjoyed a lot but yes it was hell lot of calories burn today and now i am very exhausted.
I will take a good night sleep and then ill wakeup and get back to work.
