Starting to run more, this was a hard one

Only ran 3 mi, it was a hard 3 mi. It was a windy day for sure but that wasn't a real reason I was struggling, I have no idea why it was such a tough run. I probably needed to warm up more and not just go from my desk job sitting to trying to run at lunch. Either way I did manage to get my overall time down a little bit from the previous runs I've done last month and I'm slowly working back towards my eight and a half minute miles.
