Fasting VS Exercise to Lose Wieght

in #fasting8 years ago (edited)

I am here to share my story about losing my weight in two different ways.
(1) I tried to loose my weight from 86 KG to the lowest possible limit through continuous work out 5-6 days a week for 3 months and continuing my normal diet plan. At the end I just got only strengthening of my muscles and no significant change in my weight.
(2) Secondly, I started fasting and modified my food intake after fasting hours, i.e reducing oily and sweet diet. After a continuous routine of one month, where I used to be on fasting for 16 hours a day without eating and drinking, the results were incredible. Not only did I reduced my weight from 86 KG to 78 KG but had a great positive impact on all of my major body systems like, CVS, Digestion and CNS.

Purpose to share this Story is to tell all those who did not try fasting should try it to find out it's pleasant effects on the body and various systems.

Sort:

Where you on any kind of follow-up by a doctor, since you mention that it had a positive impact on a lot of body parameters beside weight.

How long did you do that fasting? Was it difficult to maintain your normal activities during the day when doing this?

It was a bit difficult to cope with the situation and continue my duty, but i got used to it after a couple of days.
Well, I did not go for some regular check ups before or after my fasting routine. but the prominent changes that i have felt in my self are;
reduced back pain, complete rid of abdominal flatulence and bloating, regulated digestion and overall good feeling in my own.
