I'm used to training fasted... to the point where I find it difficult to train in any other state. Once I've eaten I'm more inclined to roll over and go to sleep than go and workout!!
Yeah I hear that actually. Sometimes eating makes me a bit sluggish. I'm gonna try fasted cardio tomorrow. Let's see how it goes!
