SAUTÉD SPINACH WITH RICE NOODLES

This is my favourite go to meal when running low on time, because it takes just 5 minutes to prepare, is healthy and delicious!

All you need to do is boil instant rice noodles for 3 minutes. In another sauce pan sauté spinach with soy sauce, a pinch of garlic, sesame seeds and juice of one lemon. Put it in a bowl and add some peanut butter!
