"When you're out there partying, horsing around, someone out there, at the same time, is working hard. Someone is getting smarter and someone is winning. Just remember that." Arnold Schwarzenegger
More people are joining simply because they've SEEN this blog series, and wish they saw it sooner. In the spirit of helping others be healthy and join a supportive team, please help us by resteeming for visibility.
You know that exercise is important, so start with just one day of sharing 100 reps and go from there. We support each other every day, and we'll support you, so why not give it a try?
These people are creating their own original posts to prove their hard work. Please support their dedication with encouragement!
TOTALS: 53,195 reps done across 13 Steemians in 38 workout days.

The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking or running can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
Please also support these participants for their commitment to their physical and mental health. Thank you.
Daily Challenge Completed - 120 reps:
-70 Straight Back Bar Deadlifts (75 pounds)
-20 Bar Shoulder Presses (75 pounds)
-20 Bar Shrugs (75 pounds)
-10 Reverse Bar Forearm Curls (75 pounds)
Daily Assessment: I ate lean today: sauteed kale and onions in olive oil, a can of tuna, and approx 1.5 lbs of grilled chicken breasts. My body feels constantly pumped from the daily workouts, so I might need to start some dedicated stretching to make sure I don't get too tight for baseball in a few months.

Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I'd also like to add that I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

Daily Challenge Completed (313 reps)
Nutshell
I do
100 sit ups
80 bench press(40-50kg)
Run for about 20 minutes
Ride the cycle for about 20 minutes as well
I don't count how many dead lifts, squats and abs exercises I do but I reckon its all 100+.
I do my training in number of sets rather than reps. I'll start counting reps from now on
Here's my post on the benefits of exercise with photos of me at the gym https://steemit.com/lifestyle/@belemo/exercise-personal-benefits
Bring it on! Let's call this 280 for this entry, unless you did another 100+ (correct me if that's the case). Running or walking for 30 minutes is 100 reps, so I counted the 40 minutes as 100 reps.
Nice job and nice post from the other day too. Looking forward to your contributions and seeing your workouts.
If you do make future posts for your daily workout, please feel free to link them here and use fitnesschallenge as one of your tags. Please also make a total sum at the bottom of your comments here so it's easy for me to tally and I don't undercount anything.
Alright. I'll hit the gym in three hours time. Will update you.

I won’t be able to complete my challenge today guys :(. I have strep throat and a fever. I actually wouldn’t mind going to the gym but A) I wouldn’t be able to push my hardest and B) I don’t want to get others sick. So great work today everybody! I’ll be joining back soon!
Sorry man!! Feel better. Excuse accepted hah.
Haha thanks bro!
I like your attitude, if you sick you cant help that. best to rest up and hit the gym when your in the clear. It frustrates me when you see someone in the gym who is crook as a dog.

Good luck using your torso for anything in the next 2 days!
Yeah the old abs are a bit sore today, but not too bad. The body really gets used to the torture I find
Ahoy! Captain Sore Legs reporting for duty!
45 minute run
30 squats
60 shoulder presses.
My legs... they refuse to carry me any further!
Good job. Just this means your arms will be ready to go for the next day. Counting 190 reps (100 for 30 mins of running, rounding down).
