IT'S TIME FOR SOME EXERCISE!

Please, in the comment section below, post a video doing the exercise according to the levels listed below (following the Eniquette guidelines for basic format compliance) so that you won't get automatically skipped over for upvotes for non-compliance by your peers. Respond with comments/upvotes for the community, too and be encouraging!

Please be reminded to use (and get used to using) the starting/finishing validation/passphrase for your posts. They are a deterrent against those who would not create original video content (Spam). The completion of a level should be in one video take. You can have fails and retries, but the upload that completes the level will be a video submission that does not pause. At best it won't have you go off-screen, but it happens sometimes and will be considered subjectively by your peers.

Note: From time to time this "Exercise Game" post will be posted anew so that the post itself and some of the exercise categories can be refreshed to gauge their popularity and get fresh upvotes among other reasons.
