Challenge Completed - Legs and Abs Day 1000 reps on April 1
Haha you mustn't skip leg day everyone says, so what did I do. Yep skipped leg day.
I really find my legs are the easiest place to build muscle so I could probably get away with skipping them every few days.
I always find after a good leg session it is also difficult to walk when leaving the gym.
For my light sets I upped the amount of reps on the leg extensions and leg curls, damn those extra 8 reps really make the old legs burn like crazy.

My legs feel like jello after 50 air squats and 50 leg kicks. Hopefully that changes soon!
Haha yes, the jello legs. Walking DOWN stairs with those are simply the best.
Haha yeah you get used to it, bodys defense mechanism with overcome it.
Keep challenging your self and give it time :)

Haha nah I just call them arnie ab crunches because I seen arnie doing them on his pumping iron doco.
Apparently they are called rope crunch pulldowns
Oh! Gotcha. Those are great! I prefer weighted ab exercises. I feel like they work better for me than a million plain crunches lol!
