That's great, I imagine you didn't want too much fat, and I understand, but tequeños puff up more when fried in plenty of hot oil. I can't wait to see those homemade tequeños. Like you, I enjoy foods from other countries, and cooking them at home is quite an experience.

Thanks for the comment @marito74, yes, partly that but also I knew that olive oil is not great for frying so I didn't put much.
Today we just had some of my friend's fried halloumi - nice and salty ! :D
