Sweet easy to do pre workout meal and protein yoghurt 💪 😋

First we wil need to do a protein yoghurt,don't worry it's very easy to make:)
Ingredients:
natural yogurt
your favourite protein nutrient (I like the vanilla flavor the most)

Mix everything together

Ok now, just add cornflakes or oatmeal

and again mix it

You can sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon (cinnamon and cocoa is good for sports people)

Before eating put in the fridge for minimum 30 minuten to make yoghurt seeped into the petals
