We baked a castle....

As part of our [St Davids day]( celebraions, the kids decided to bake some cakes and make things that symbolises all things Welsh

Its a little known fact, that Wales has the most castles per sq mile than any other country in the world. This simply comes down to the fact that the English have always wanted to supress us(as a nation)

The boy made a very delicious sponge mixture. He made 3 lots to make this amazing castle

• 250g self-raising flour
• 250g caster sugar
• 250g butter
• 3 eggs
• vanilla extract

All that X3

Bake the mixture for 40mins at 180*c, and hey presto, a castle.
