Improving until I die...

I am stubborn and I am really eager to learn Yesterday I played football with kids 1/3 and and 1/2 my age, and it is annoying to see the technique skills they have. They are capable of doing things I have never learned, and they are way better than me in many ways. So, above 40, is there still any purpose for trying to learn and improve skills?

I definitely believe so. It is important, and it helps you find purpose and joy in the sport, not only because you play, but because you have the goal of improving in the process.
