I am still contemplating to get my own prepaid internet service because my laptop can't get Wi-Fi signal from my Sister's router

My room's wall facing the living room area was made thick so that the column in the inner part of the house will not protrude out to look out of place. It is an additional column which I made to be added along with extra four columns which were put on the corners plus beams so that it will make the house sturdier. It is because I was not notified that the old columns will be used again and then concrete beams were put on top of them.

After I saw that the old columns were re-used I notified my brother that it was not what I was expecting and so he told the foreman what I want to happen which is what the five columns were added. Originally, the kitchen area was about a room-size bigger and it made our rooms smaller, a little bit larger than my old room's area size which I don't like because it is too small.

After pointing it out to my brother, he told the architect to revise the sizes and what happened is that my room went too big while my parent's room went too small. However it was adjusted again after I saw the unfinished room of my parents and later was verified to me by my parents that their room was just too small. So I told my brother to revise it again, he was my main overseer about our house project and again he told the foreman to make it bigger but the wall was already put up and that had to be wrecked down to make the adjustment.

I actually wanted our rooms to have the same size but my bother decided to actually make my room bigger comparatively because of the columns inside which had to be in the corner of the room. My mother doesn't mind a relatively smaller room but their room size is adequate enough and the more important thing is that it is also clean and had a good size built-in cabinets for clothes and I might consider adding some more storage spaces in our house soon because we needed more like in the kitchen area and our rooms plus at the back of our house where our dirty kitchen is located, it has to have some more cabinets.

Anyway, our cabinets are made-up from Aluminium parts and it blocks signals and now my basic phone could not get a reception from its carrier. However, I can get some signal if I were to use the other telecom carrier's SIM card although it barely gets a signal but it will do its purpose.

Thankfully my Smartphone has a good hardware and it can still catch some weak signal enough to receive texts and maybe call as well. It is worth it to have a relatively new model of Smartphones because they have a good way of receiving signals even from places wit thick walls like what my model of Smartphone does. In fact, I am using it as my "hotspot" so that my laptop can have a Wi-Fi signal, if not for my Smartphone, this laptop can't connect to my sister's Wi-Fi router next door.

That is why I am thinking about getting my own wired Internet service so that we can have a better signal for use like the TV and our gadgets as my parents use their Smartphones a lot for watching Facebook videos while for myself, I mainly use it for blockchain blogging and watching or listening to YouTube videos. Although it will not cost me a lot particularly if I will avail of the prepaid Fiber type of lined Internet service, it is still an extra expenditure for me.

However, my sister is more than willing to share her Internet but her router's Wi-Fi is a bit outdated and then if I will buy a mesh router system to connect to her router, she will I guess have to upgrade her router to a latest one and then I have to make a workaround to setup the system. That option will cost me some big money to spend so I hope that I can make a decision soon because otherwise I will have to use my Smartphone to access the internet from my laptop which lead me to another option of buying a laptop which can have a better Wi-Fi reception from an old router.
