Adventure Day #01

Okay so my first journey was failure, bad diet, too much stress at work and then sickness completely stopped me.
Now I am starting again, difference is that I have proper diet during the week and I will have cheat weekends to eat anything I like but I am gong to try eating normally.
Lets start with wrist and shoulders warm up.
